1. Digital Product Sales
All products sold through the Site are digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped.
Upon purchase, a download link will be emailed immediately to the address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- You have adequate software to open and use the files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, or other compatible programs).
- You have sufficient device storage and a stable internet connection for downloads.
- You review all product descriptions and FAQs before purchasing, as all digital product sales are final.
2. License Terms
By purchasing any digital design asset from CadStitch, you are granted a standard license:
- You may use the assets for personal or internal business use.
- The license is valid for individuals or businesses with up to three (3) employees.
- Entities with more than three (3) employees must obtain an extended license by contacting us.

3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you encounter issues accessing your files, please contact info@cadstitch.com and we will assist you in resolving any technical problems.
4. Payment and Checkout
We accept payment through secure third-party processors such as Shopify Payments, Affirm, and Afterpay.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Site.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, digital downloads, and logos — is the property of Cadstitch or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission.
6. Tutorials and Help
Tutorials and help resources (including YouTube videos) are provided for informational purposes only.
We are not responsible for user errors or software incompatibilities arising from tutorial use.
7. Website Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s functionality.
- Access secured areas without authorization.
- Download or attempt to extract source files beyond what is provided for your license use.
